German entrepreneur and architect, Steffen Lehmann has over 30 years of experience in designing and developing luxury residences, with successful projects delivered at selected locations around the world.
SOLARIS Sands comes with a DA-approved design from an internationally recognized designer specialised on creating resort style homes and upmarket residences for the subtropical climate.
Steffen has been a professor of architecture for over 20 years and has designed complex projects in 18 countries, ranging from luxury single-family homes to large multistory high-end developments, always with a focus on lifestyle wellness, resource-efficiency and sustainable design.
After searching for a long time to find a suitable location, he discovered the SOLARIS Sands site and fell in love with the natural beauty and people of the Sunshine Coast.

Payment Information
Get in touch with us to find out about prices. SOLARIS Sands follows a progressive payment schedule based on construction milestones as follows (three installments):
Initial Deposit: 10% deposit to be paid 2 weeks after the Purchase and Sale Agreement for the respective property has been signed by the Buyer and Seller.
Progress Payment: There will be a progress payment based on construction milestones: 30% at lock-up (usually around 9 months after initial deposit).
Final Payment: The remaining 60% at key handover.
It is quite a relaxed way to purchase as it gives you time to get yourself organized.
Purchasing a unit in the SOLARIS development is extremely easy and straightforward. We use a local solicitor (we work with Siemons Lawyers, based in Noosa).
